It's a very good shop to visit and get things for your dogs and cats. Always a pleasure to deal with the courtesy of the store staff and they know my dog by her name!!

We walked into the Northfield store with our little rescue terrier, and within moments were helped slipping a new walking harness onto the dog -- friendly, helpful service. We were out the door with 5 minutes. We're glad C & D is here. Thanks!

What a wonderful experience! I came in with two dogs I was sitting. Duke and Dasiy work together like they are on a TV show! Your employee took the time to help me find a safer harness for Duke, while Dasiy decided it was time to create a distraction and tangle herself. One of your great customers offered to hang onto Dasiy while the employee helped me! Your establishment gave me great confidence in humanity! Thank you and keep up the great work! Tira
