Desk person I worked with was fantastic! We really appreciate the self-wash dog service - very helpful (although the towels could be a little better). My only complaints are high prices for toys, and your online portal to reserve a dog wash was difficult to use.

I went in feeling absolutely insane having to buy every packet of a stupid bland, wet, food for my foster dog who refuses to eat anything else -- and the crew was so kind and sympathetic I almost cried.

We love having the dog washing station at this Chuck and Don's for our husky. The staff are always friendly, helpful and not judgemental when there is fur and water everywhere. It is much appreciated!

We were so glad to have a doggie wash that we could use and not also get soaked. Thank you Chuck and Don's!
