I wanted to share how wonderful Keila Droz was during Gemma’s recent full-service wash. She was incredibly caring, thoughtful, and attentive. She really listened to my concerns and went out of her way to make sure both Gemma and I felt well cared for throughout the experience.
I really appreciated her kindness and excellent service and wanted to make sure she was recognized.

We had never used Keila before, but she came highly recommended, so we decided to give her a try. We could not have been happier with the experience.
From the moment we met her, Keila was incredibly friendly and made me feel completely comfortable. She shared that she has groomed many Golden Retrievers over the past 15 years, even naming some of them in the area, and it was immediately obvious how knowledgeable and experienced she is.
What impressed me most was how many questions she asked and how well she listened. She took the time to understand exactly what we wanted. Keila then made recommendations based on her experience and what would be best for our dog's coat.
Our dog also had surgery a couple of months ago, and I told her I wasn't sure if he would be able to stand the entire time. She could not have been nicer or more understanding. She told me he could do whatever he needed to do and that she would take great care of him, which really put me at ease.
When I picked him up, he looked amazing. He had been shedding like crazy, and she did such a great job brushing out his coat and cleaning him up. He honestly looked at least 3 years younger.
Overall, Keila did a fantastic job. We've already recommended her to other people in our building, and we will 100% be coming back to her.

Our groomer, Kaela, was so helpful with our very anxious Wheaten Terrier. She walked me through Winnie’s cut, asked me questions about how to keep her calm, and followed Winnie’s lead while grooming her - even giving her hugs and a break from the scary blow dryer. We have only had great experiences at Kriser’s and are so grateful to Kaela for her patience and compassion with our dog.
