My experience was great. I normally get my dog food through my recurring subscription order however, I needed it early so I mistakenly ordered two instead of one. So I went to the store and was able to return one of them. The Kriser employee was helpful and understanding. I had no issues at all. I have been a customer for years and this is my number #1 store!

I love this shop. The sales assistant was very friendly; she chatted with my dog, whom I was walking back with after a vet visit. He even got a mini dental chew from her. I recommend it to everyone, and I’ll certainly be back soon myself.
