The staff is so sweet and wonderful and they handled my Princess with the same care I would provide. I was looking for a new pet shop after a few negative experiences with the major stores and I feel like we've found our place. I'm looking forward to our next visit!

their inventory is always accurate, so i don't purchase something online for pickup and it turns out to be out of stock. i think that happened once and i order weekly from them for the last 30 weeks or so. i also like how they run promotions often on new brands and products. they treat their loyal customers well. i always have rewards to apply!
