Jordan does an excellent job on grooming poppy. She’s very nice and is very sweet with Poppy, as well.

Salesperson very helpful in suggesting different products. He was familiar with the dog, and familiar with the dog’s likes and dislikes.

Everything was great. I asked to change my appointment and they were very flexible. The man that did the nails was very nice and gentle with my pup.

Jordan did an absolutely fantastic job with our Bernese Mountain Dog, Guinness! He’s a big boy and needs a lot of work but Jordan called me after starting to let me know he had some mats and needed a tighter cut than usual. Really appreciated the communication and giving me a heads up. Jordan really went above and beyond for his latest grooming- thank you!!

Unique toys for cats, plenty of food and treat options. Personalized help and small business! Asked to stock my kitties favorite litter no problem!

Kaiser's has the limited ingredients cat food that my cat needs and love. Glad that they have options that are not available in the big box pet stores.
