Cathleen does a wonderful job in grooming our German Shepherd. Our dog’s coat looks fantastic when she’s done. Also, the support staff at Kriser’s are always helpful. Really appreciate the great service.

You guys are always so friendly and helpful and always greet our pets so lovingly. I cannot trust anyone else but Kat! She' the best. Our puppy has a hard, double coated hair. Even it gets so matted. She does her best and does her job with a big attention and a sensitivity...

Every time I go to Krisers in Vernon Hills, I’m greeted and they answer all my questions about dog food. I also have my Westie groomed there and they do the cut exactly as you you want it. I love this store and their employees!

I started bringing my little Molly here when she was new to me at six months old. They’ve always been so kind and so good with her. Both groomers have worked with her and they’re both excellent. I just can’t say enough about them. They love her and she’s super hyperactive and insane. I highly recommend their grooming services. I have a 7 pound Shih Tzu and she always looks adorable. Actually the whole crew at the Vernon Hills Kaiser is amazing. I mean they’ve just been wonderful.
