Kriser's has friendly, knowledgeable employees and has great products. They carry Fromm's dog food, which can be hard to find. Also, we have used their grooming services for our dogs and they do a good job for a very reasonable price. It's a great store!

Every employee is so welcoming and kind and helpful! The grooming is exactly what you ask for. I love the fact that they text you as soon as the dog has been groomed and don’t make the dogs remain their longer than they have to! And I like be love the way your best friend smells when you pick them up.

We have been taking our dog for grooming since she was a puppy and now she is 10! James is an awesome groomer. The staff are so helpful. We are seniors and can't manage carrying 30 lbs. of dog food out to the car and they cheerfully carry it out for us. The prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend Kriser's at Edens Plaza.

My dog always looks great after his haircut. I trust Kriser's to take good care of my dog and have been going there for a number of years, never a problem.

We started taking our two labradoodles for grooming at Kriser's Wilmette a few months ago. I was in the shop buying food and I saw Russ grooming a smaller doodle and I realized he really knew what he was doing! We are thrilled with Russ's grooming - he does exactly what we ask and the dogs are happy to go for a groom with Russ. Also, Amanda is so friendly and welcoming. She loves the pups and always greets us with a big smile and happy attitude. Kriser's Wilmette is very close to our home so that makes it easy too. All around we are very happy. - Meg

The staff person was very helpful and brought me to the area that held the items I needed. She was very pleasant and asked if I needed anything else. Very good experience! The store is small but clean and everything was nicely arranged.

Friendly cashier and groomer. I’m very protective and cautious of where my dog can have grooming services and our groomer was great. Even just got a nail trim
