Tyler was amazing! Super courteous, knowledgeable, and juggled multiple customers in the store at once with grace and ease. He is a fantastic addition to the store. I also enjoyed talking with John A. His passion for getting people on bikes is obvious. It's nice to have two people who love to ride and get people riding at the store.

My Townie Bike is my best friend...I am 78 yrs old and ride her every morning by 6:15 for 30-45 minutes.....my first Townie was used loved her too......but I decided 2 yrs ago I should have a brand new Townie with an assist but....I rarely use the assist motor! The fellows at Trek bike store are great easy to get her in when its necessary and they are very positive!!

They are very knowledgeable about their products and have great customer service. They set me up with a rack and bike basket for my dog that fits my bike exactly. I'm so glad I didn't order a cheaper version on amazon. My dog loves the basket. It's secure & safe. Mostly, it's made for my bike. They offered to install it if I had any trouble doing so. Best bike store in town!
