From the first phone call to my check-out experience, everyone at Elements was wonderful. They were kind, informative, not pushy at all for massage add-ons. I felt respected by my massage therapist, Ian, who was conscientious of keeping me well covered throughout my service. The spa space was welcoming, uncluttered, and very comfortable.
