We dont have bugs in the house with quarterly service. We live in the woods, so we would have bugs if not for Arrow. I like how they wipe out the windows to get spider webs down, too.

Josh is always prompt, even early on the appointments. He is efficient, always asked if any issues and always gives a good explanation. Thorough in going through the house and exterior. Price is reasonable compared to other extermination services. Arrow keeps up with appoj the ts- they usually call me so I don't have to remember if it is time or not to get the house done. The girls whonanswer the phones are always friendly, helpful, and curteous.
