John Lee has been our tech since we started our service ten years ago He does an excellent job and is so patient with my concerns and questions and requests. It's great knowing who is taking care of your home. The calls and emails to schedule service are also helpful. Recently, when I forgot to schedule, John called me directly. The customer service is excellent and treatment plan is working.

Chatted with Mike about our Mosquito Service today. He was very polite and knowledgeable...he explained how the new trap system works, it's positives and it's negatives. Because the new system is still in the 'learning phase', I had Mike spray the backyard. Hopefully the trap system will be effective going forward.
