The overall experience is a delight... easy and accurate check-in via the app or in-store, an excellent haircut according to you (the customer), and an enjoyable conversation with a stylist/barber... no complaints. Big fan of Yvette... she's funny, polite, and a great listener... you'll get a sweet haircut and a fun conversation, every time! Kudos all around!

Just a wonderful experience... you're always greeted when you walk in, it's rarely a long wait (if it is long, they will inform you), and the stylists are down for great conversation. Kindness goes a long way and Yvette is a gem to talk to. She styles according to your taste and it feels like a therapy session because she's an excellent listener. Kudos all around.
