The staff treats all the puppies as their own family. I love that I know that my pup will be happy and healthy staying with them for long periods of time. The longest I had boarded my Ghost Pepper at Dogtopia is 3 weeks while I was traveling outside the country and they sent updates to reassure she was happy and well. Some of my favorite pictures of her were taken by the staff here and I haven't changed my phone wallpaper in almost a year and a half. Super grateful to have integrated their services to my pup's life since I moved out here.

Bringing our Australian Shepherd to you has been one of the best decisions we have made for her. She comes home tired in the best way, happier, and clearly well cared for. What stands out is how you treat the dogs as individuals, not just as a group to get through the day. The facility itself feels clean, safe, and built for dogs who actually like to move.

We started taking our 2 dogs a few months ago bi-weekly to help with socialization. Staff was super friendly and able to work with us (the dogs were slow to open up). Since then, our dogs look forward every other week to their daycare. Our largest one, has really grown to like the staff and loves the dogs. He is usually slow to open up to people. I would highly recommend Dogtopia Southbay. The team is great, super friendly and informative. They're also great on communicating various things happening onsite and provide consistent updates. You can feel relaxed leaving your pets there.

I enjoyed that after playing all day my pup can get a bath before I pick her up spa day. It’s a great place. My pup loves it there. She comes home very tired and for plan with her new pals that she met so it’s a like a nursery school for dogs. !

All of the staff is so friendly and helpful! And I really appreciate how you handled the kennel cough outbreak. I felt very confident that everybody was committed to keeping all the dogs safe and healthy. I am very grateful to have a place to take my dog where she is well cared for and also obviously has tons of fun!
