Staff couldn’t have been more professional, courteous, helpful, and caring during our bike rack failure that resulted in replacing the lost mountain bike with a super sweet Marlin 4…love the color!, replaced the tires on the hybrid, and of course replaced and installed a new bike rack in a timely manner while on the start of our 2-week vacation. No hope for the destroyed Domane, which is being replaced in our home state, but from tears to smiles and some sweet riding in and around the beautiful Smoky Mountains. Many thanks!

Great service with an online bike purchase. My friend that was thinking of getting into biking came with me and they took extensive time to set him up with a bike while we were there. Bikes and accessories were installed, and we we were loaded up in 30 mins. Great service, friendly and knowledgeable.

They ARE Trek. Your bikes have a great reputation. Being a women there are many gorgeous designs and colors to choose from. I have always wanted one. I don’t remember how I was introduced to them probably Lance Armstrong. I have owned two or three different brands throughout my many years and I thought Shwinn was it until Trek. I am now 80 years old and recently bought what I call a Granny e-bike. I have also purchased a pet trailer so my dogs can go with me. I love it.
