We previously bought two rv’s from a different camping business and once papers were signed they could care less. General staff were all so patient, knowledgeable, attentive. What a great experience. They seem to go above and beyond to make customers feel welcome and part of the “family.”

My husband Michael and I had an absolutely wonderful experience purchasing our motor coach from General RV! From start to finish, the entire team made the process enjoyable, smooth, and stress-free. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. A huge thank-you to Eric, our salesman, for helping us through the buying process; Justin, our finance manager, for making the financing process easy; Bruce, for doing a fantastic job walking us through our new coach and showing us everything we needed to know; and Kristen, for being such a great assistant throughout the process. We also want to give a special shout-out to Ollie for his help and assistance with our coach's service needs. Everyone played an important part in making this a great experience! It is refreshing to work with a team that genuinely cares about its customers, not just making a sale. We couldn't be happier with our experience and are excited to make many wonderful memories traveling in our coach! We would absolutely recommend General RV to anyone looking to purchase an RV or motor coach. 10/10 without hesitation! When the time comes to upgrade our coach, General RV will definitely be our first stop even though it is a two and a half hour drive. I had reservations going in due to very discouraging online reviews but I figured I’ll give it a shot and responded to an online ad for a used travel trailer. But my experience was very pleasurable. From the front desk greeting me with a big smile. To Erick giving me a tour, to Kevin honoring and working with me to follow up on the deal I had with Erick previously , my entire experience was awesome.
