Everything! I made an appointment for two factory recalls and our fridge started to only liked to run on propane on our 2019 Winnebago Adventurer 33C. We had Tina as our Service Advisor and what a great job she did for us. Always kept us in the loop every step of the way. And guess what? Finish the job completely two weeks early from the projected completion date. My brother recommended Tina and I have to say out loud "Way to go Tina" we are so happy we had you as our Service Advisor for this repair. I do recommend taking your RV to General RV in Ft. Pierce FL for your repairs.

On a road trip from Pennsylvania with my brand new Holiday Rambler Vacationer & my forward slideout stopped working….fyi this is our 5th day on the road…I called the ft pierce General RV They were able to get me in exactly when i asked It was Excellent service….Both mechanics were knowledgeable & rt on the problem. Brandon & the shop forman (sorry I cannot remember your name bro) were excellent! They were friendly & professional! The service writer “Lucas” was also fantastic. Its not too often I recommend a “rv shop” but these guys were on it. Wish they were closer to home.

The staff were very professional, knowledgeable , patient, and courteous. As a first time buyer, they provided all the time I needed to feel comfortable and answered all my questions. They helped me hook up my trailer and guided me while I drove my vehicle onto the trailer. Every staff member assisted when I needed it and allowed me to do the things I was capable of doing myself. I appreciated the southern hospitality and respect. It was one of the smoothest vehicle transactions I have ever experienced. Every challenge was met with resolution to my satisfaction.
