It was personable. Everyone was friendly and considerate with the kiddos in tow for pick up. We got a personal walkthrough and it was worth it for me being we are first time RV owners. Upgraded from tent camping.

Ron and Scott were very professional and kind. They answered questions readily and were willing to help. There was no hard sell from anyone. The facility was clean and open and welcomed those who walked into the store.

Zach the tech was very friendly and informative and helped me to understand what the resolution was to my camper problem and how to prevent a reoccurrence. He would be my choice for a tech if I needed one again !
