10/10 service! I am super grateful to Chantal, Cadence, and Sedra for helping me test out bikes and putting together the bike I ended up purchasing! All of their knowledge & expertise really helped me to pick out the perfect bike for my goals and current needs. They helped me pick the right type of bike in addition to the fit that was most optimal for my body! After not riding a bike for a while, I am super grateful to Cadence for taking me out on the road and showing me how to get back into it and even taking me for a lap around the block! All the staff at the Orleans location were super friendly and continuously checking in to make sure I was being helped and my needs were being met! I am super grateful to everyone and I am very excited to start riding and see what the future holds!

It feels personal, not rushed. It feels like you're building a community. We much prefer the Orleans location to the Westboro location.

Excellent Sales and Bike Repair staff! Prompt and efficient! They also have an excellent selection of bikes and related equipment and will honour price matching! I take my bike there for repairs and tune-ups and have always been very satisfied with their technical support.

The staff were extremely helpful and patient. They took the time to explain and show both of my kids with needs how the bikes work and how to use them. I would definitely recommend Bushtukah in Orleans to family and friends in the future.

I had a tune-up of my bike recently and the service was awesome. They let me know my options and included a cost breakdown ahead of the work. They did a full tune-up of my 15+ year old bike and made it feel brand new! The work was done in a single day and the staff were very kind. Overall an excellence experience.
