The trainers are wonderful, and very knowledgeable about all the machines, settings, and how they work. They really take the time to make sure you're comfortable, and know what each machine does and how it's a benefit. Although it's very pricey, the group settings are relatively small, and the trainers attempt to give everyone the attention they need. Highly recommend!
