The entire staff of Atlantic AGC provided outstanding support and service during our brief visit. They went out of their way to provide good service, they made us as a crew look good for our passengers and they even put themselves between us and demanding early arriving passengers while we finished getting ready. The entire team from the CSR to the line crew deserve credit. The supervisor, I believe it was GM Jay, played a key role and was high profile helping out on the ramp. Perhaps one of the best experiences with an Atlantic FBO in a long time!
