Atlantic is always my go-to jet center for my job (medevac pilot). The staff were friendly, and offered me a bottled water while my crew was gone.
I was asked more than once by line crew members if I needed anything (services, etc). They even suggested possible services. Had I thought about it, I might have requested some kind of A/C unit or a GPU so I could run the onboard A/C.
The only reason I didn't give your facility the highest possible score is because the taxiway/ramp area can be kind of confusing (definitely not the fault of Altantic, it's an airport thing). The lineman marshalling me in was clear enough, I just thought it was odd to taxi over the ILS lines to get there.

I just wanted to write as a pilot how much I appreciate that many Atlantic locations carry free fresh fruit with the snacks. After a long flight, or during a tight turn, it is so refreshing- especially considering how hard it can be to eat healthy on the road. It is rare for an FBO to have this and it sets you apart! Thank you!
