Outstanding Front Desk Service In my 35 years of flying, I have had the opportunity to interact with countless front desk professionals. There are, however, only a handful of individuals who truly stand out by going above and beyond to assist their guests—and your front desk agent is certainly one of them. I apologize if I have her name slightly wrong, but I believe her name was Kathy. From the moment we arrived, she was extremely helpful, professional, and pleasant. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel genuinely welcomed. She personally assisted my First Officer with coordinating the catering and was also very proactive in offering her help with a minor issue we were experiencing with our passengers. Her willingness to step in, listen, and help resolve the situation was greatly appreciated. It is rare to encounter someone who demonstrates such a genuine commitment to providing exceptional service. Kathy is a tremendous asset to your organization, and I believe her efforts deserve to be recognized. Please pass along my sincere appreciation and compliments to her. Atlantic FAI has always been very attentive to our needs whether it is being very timely with fuel or helping us to sort our cargo and passengers on short turn arounds. On days with multiple flight legs, their service has been implemntal to maintaining our schedule and completing a busy day of flying. The lobby and pilot lounge are always in fantastic shape but more than anyting, the customer service representatives and line service are top notch.
