Atlantic LAX did a great job on our recent visit to LAX. We had some aircraft mechanical issues which delayed our departer several times over a few days. The entire staff did a great job accommodating us as we staged several times only to need to stand down due maintenance. The line staff was always very helpful as they needed to move the aircraft several times to make room for other aircraft operations and did so with very understanding and accommodating attitude and never seemed rushed or irritated with the delays. The CSR’s did a great job listening and understanding our needs and communicating with staff and our crew. Overall an outstanding job done by all.

Tara at the front desk was fabulous! She took care of my passengers and got them a ride to the international terminal without delay. Great communication before our arrival. The ramp guys were very fast and got us fueled and ready. I will always choose Atlantic!
