Ramp personnel were in place and waiting to park us. They assisted our passenger with her luggage as she was traveling with a small child. The fueler arrived promptly and filled our order double checking with us before he unhooked.

Just want to say what a great experience! I’ve been flying into FBO’s for 4 years as a Captain and every member of your facility was exceptional. Big shout out to Beth for coordinating our ambulance from Allegheny airport when they closed the airport while we were still airborne. I was the medevac (N370RV) who called when we had to divert to KPIT. Best FBO experience I’ve had over both days (10/6-10/7). I wish all FBO’s operated at the level of Atlantic Aviation PIT.

Friendly, professional, and timely service. We stopped for fuel and to drop off one of our three passengers, and were in and out in 20 minutes. It was already late in the evening, and our passengers were anxious to get home with a 3.5 hour flight ahead of them. Thank you for the prompt service!

Best service I have ever received from an FBO. Pax were waiting on us when we arrived. Our catering was plane side when we parked. Fuel and lav service was immediately done. Baggage was brought out promptly. Pax were well taken care of during our delay. The FBO was well staffed and the front desk personnel were very friendly!

I generally don’t fill out surveys but I was so grateful to see Atlantic PIT operating so efficiently. We had so many line techs greet our aircraft and wing walk us in. They immediately handled bags and fueled us, all in a friendly manner. I was really pleased with our trip into PIT - very well done.
