Staff was very helpful. Quick to get our services, friendly, and did a great job. Elaine and Jhilmary were wonderful at the front desk. The only reason I wouuldn't give a 10 is the fuel price is extreme, even compared to most other places, and it's not as nice of a customer experience for our passengers when we cannot have rental cars plane side to pull in and out. Other than that, great facility and great staff.
