Simply outstanding! They were ready for us to do a QT until lightning closed the ramp. They made us comfortable and as soon as the ramp opened they were hooking up the fuel truck. I could not have been more pleased in spite of the weather interruption to my schedule.

Dear Mr Rowe, I visited your FBO today. I know that Atlantic Aviation is THE premier FBO chain in all of America. However, today I was very surprised again by the facilities offered by your FBO. Thank you to Tranice & Raechel for being accomodating to my numerous queries that went beyond the typical. These two ladies, really went out of the beaten path and responded to my questions about laundry service & shower facilities. With authentic expression and desire to assist, these ladies answered. Such beautiful & warm staff. And thanks to you, Mr Rowe, for any role you played in selecting these two CSRs from the pool of applicants. Thank you, Tranice & Rachel!

Customer service reps and line staff are very friendly and professional. The only Issue I would raise is that closing at 10 PM is a bit early when the competition is open 24 hours a day…… We made it work for us this time. Thanks.

Howard is an exceptional person at FXE. He is always a huge help for me when i fly, he knows what he is doing and does is extreamly well and efficient.
