I had the pleasure of meeting a lovely CSR this morning. She had everything ready before I even asked and read my mind a little as we were loading the jet. Extremely intuitive and hard working. You are very lucky to have her on your team. She is aces. I believe the name is Kelly but she moved from Chicago to Hawaii, cute curly blond hair.

Well… once again I find myself at a loss for words — a medical condition that those who know me understand is extremely rare and should probably be documented by science. Today’s visit flew by faster than first-grade recess on the last day before summer vacation. One moment we arrived, the next moment someone rang an imaginary bell and we were being ushered out wondering who stole the rest of the afternoon. The atmosphere was so infused with charm and good energy that we started walking around like action-figure superheroes convinced we could leap tall skyscrapers… or at the very least conquer the espresso machine with heroic determination. Now, had the temperature dropped to sub-zero and someone issued the classic triple-dog dare to stick my tongue to a frozen fence post, I would have accepted the challenge without hesitation. Why? Because the radiant warmth of Claire, Patty and Hunter would have melted that ice and probably half the North Pole before things got serious.
