The property: my apartment, the shared common rooms and common areas outside, the amenities, the grounds, and location: The people: staff, other residents, even contractors coming to work on maintenance. I have one small suggestion. The handicap spot just to the left of the walkway as you exit the glass lobby is the perfect spot to park when you need the cart to move things to your apartment. For the first 12 months since I moved here, people treated it as short term parking. Now a charcoal grey Toyota Camry XLE (KBA-5176) parks there for long periods as is normal in other handicap spots. I think you should add a regular handicapped spot strait ahead on Pearl and add a sign to the handicap spot just in front of the door that says something like: Limited Time Parking for Loading and Unloading. Hopefully if you do, you can come up with better wording. That's all I got because I love it here and you are doing an excellent job. I hope Dan told Sarah and Jessy they are welcome to come and see how I have decorated my place.

Every staff member and every resident I’ve met so far are very kind and friendly. Maintenance requests are taken care of immediately. Yards are mowed immediately as needed. Flowers and bushes always look well groomed. We have a free coffee bar!

I like that it is a community and not just a box to rent. The staff is wonderful and caring and truly care about the residents and the property. They offer a very nice coffee station, exercise room and community room. The outdoor grills are a plus. The building is relatively new and well maintained. Good value for what we pay.

Staff is very dedicated. They like doing things to improve area. Most residents are very friendly and helpful. They worked very hard to get new security system up and running. There are couple of residents who could do better job of keeping garage doors closed. Cost of rent with the garage is challenging. Need to give long term residents a discount.
