The maintenance is phenomenal when you need them they show up in a timely manner. Everything is taken care of beautifully around the premises. They have food trucks coming out twice a week which is also a plus. He usually have a party at the end of the season ran by management which is also wonderful and they are all wonderful. We always have somewhere to park and that's definitely a plus plus.

I love that this is a quiet community and that the staff have been friendly and helpful. The application process was quick and easy, with the staff helping with any questions I had. Maintenance had been quick to answer the ticket I’ve placed.

Most tenants are respectable of their neighbors and the community. However, others speed right over the speed bumps or floor the gas pedal in between the speed bumps.

I’ve really enjoyed living at Laurel Springs. It’s a nice, quiet place to live, and the staff has always been helpful whenever I’ve needed anything. Overall, it’s been a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it to others.

The entire complex is nicely maintained and quiet. The staff is attentive to requests. The schedule on-site food trucks and events thru-out the summer.

-dogs are welcomed. -Maintenance are on top of things and friendly -shoveled in the winter beautiful in the summer -wanted two food trucks a week in the summer of course my favorite is ice cream -we have a little community get together in the summer, which I think is very nice -beautiful place to walk, walk your dog. I’ve seen a girl with a rabbit with a harness on which I thought was cute. -trash is empty twice weekly -environment is not noisy, which I like. If you don’t like animals, it would be best to request to not be by anyone who has animals above or below cause they do bark sometime unfortunately they can’t talk. That is their language. -I wish I still could pay rent at the main building. But they do give you envelopes to Mail ,if needed There’s a dog park which I’ve never used yet. That is all I can think of for now you have a good day.
