How it's layed out. It is not just flat . It has a gazebo to sit or picnic under. The firepit is just great. It is surrounded fo r the mist part by woods . Most people are kind adults and respectful of others . Very well managed. Very clean and inviting. Each unit feels very private . VERY SAFE

When you need maintenance, they come right away to fix whatever you need. They have many activities. They have dog Spa swimming pool, mini car wash coffee hour once a week ladies to get together and do crafts many many things to do here. People are very friendly and I feel very secure here.

The place is wonderful; the apartments are spacious, bright, and very comfortable, with high-quality finishes and spotless cleanliness. The gym and pool are excellent. The maintenance of the entire complex is impeccable. The management is very efficient and friendly. It’s just a short walk from Walmart and across from the Rochester Regional Medical Center.

It has many friendly people and the opportunity to meet new folks at a weekly coffee hour. There are garden plots for those who enjoy growing flowers and vegetables. There are also community get togethers. We have a place to check out our cars, an exercise room, a game room, a pool, a place to have an outdoor picnic and a place to wash our pets. Friendly staff and maintainance!
