Ladies at the front desk are approachable and care about our concerns. The maintenance team address issues in a timely manner too. The upgrades are great too! I have been a resident for 13 months and haven’t had any issues.

I wish the entrance to Debbie Court would get redone. It's been getting worse over the years. The sidewalk is crumbling also. I understand this involves the town of Grand Island and Erie County also and is not solely Riedman's issue.

The Office and Maintenance staff are courteous and professional and insure that your problems are resolved quickly and completely. The new owner has repaired broken and cracked sidewalks and installed more and better lighting for night time security.

I’ve only lived here a month, but so far I have no major complaints except for parking. I realize there is no assigned parking, but people with two cars should only park one against the building to allow room for those with only one car to park there.

It is a great place to live. Since the new owner and management team took over, many improvements have been put in place and have made life more enjoyable. The plans to repair the parking lots are long overdue but they are welcome non the less. I hope the striping plan for Center Terrace will include diagonal parking along the buildings and island at the back end of the road. This will provide much needed additional parking and ease of entering and exiting each parking spot. This type of parking arrangement has been used with success at many commercial, religious and public parking areas throughout Western New York.

Town Hall Terrace has been perfect for me. I had to downsize my home to move closer to my daughter and her family, and it has worked out better than expected. It is extremely quiet where I am. The grounds are neat and well-trimmed. The buildings and laundry areas are clean. Maintenance is prompt and polite, as is the rest of the staff. Snow removal is timely, and it's close to major stores. The firehouse is right around the corner. Walgreens is within walking distance. The pool is always clean and warm. It's probably not for everyone. You would have to check it out to see if it's a good fit for you. My 2 cats are very welcome as well.

The open mindedness of the staff to suggestions. Not all are accepted, but I have been an idea guy all my life and not all my suggestions have been accepted then either. But I make them none the less. So, thanks for listening! We will need a whole new parking lot on Center Terrace. The level of distraction leads me to believe that not enough stone nor drainage was provided for when first constructed. But, let an experienced Geotechnical Engineer skilled in pavement design guide you. Don’t just talk to contractors. They can get you in a lot of trouble that does not show up till 20 years later, as was the case now. Brad [LAST NAME REMOVED]

Since Reidman took over they held a town hall meeting to address everyone and made meaningful adjustments to improve the quality of life in the apartments, removing asbestos as an example. This place is so close to so many places like tops, and the thruway that it makes shopping and commuting a breeze. Been here for 6 years or so now and if the prices do not continue to increase I will still as long as I can
