I am single and live alone. There are so many pluses Willowood gives me. When you turn into your "driveway" the winding tree-covered road takes you home. You automatically leave the hustle of 38th Street behind. I feel safe and surrounded and know I am not truly alone. My new neighbors are friendly and more than willing to help. Every maintenance person has been shown to have knowledge and skill in no matter what they are sent to do. They are very kind and patience towards this chatty old lady. Ken and Mary can only be described as a blessing in my life. I hope they know how much I appreciate them.

The community is a great place to live. The staff at the leasing office are very helpful to maintenance with the quick response to the work orders. The one thing that I truly enjoy is the beautiful landscaping throughout the community.

It has a nice wooded grounds. The townhouse is great. It's close to shopping, museums, entertainment, restaurants. We can get deliveries to our home from shopping and restaurants.

The facilities are always well maintained by a professional staff. The buildings are not on top of each other, leaving plenty of room for Green space and especially parking. There’s never a shortage of place to park. The mature trees create a sense of privacy and peace. In my opinion it’s the best value for renting in Erie.

Townhouses are very nice and there is never an issue when you need maintenance very easy to schedule an appointment for a time convenient for you. Grounds are very well taken care of as well.

If I could just make one suggestion, we need sidewalks all the way around for the kids getting off the school buses and for us people who like to walk

Whats not to like?! Willowood keeps us updated when needed. When we need work done, maintenance is on the top of it. They send out a newsletter to let us know about events in our area. Food trucks during summer months.

The apartments are clean and well maintained. On the rare occasion when there is an issue management takes care of it promptly and effectively. The pool area is always well kept and clean. The attendance there are always friendly and helpful Management Foster‘s a sense of community, they bring in food trucks, have bingo night, movie night and game night. It really is a great place with a family friendly atmosphere. I think it’s probably one of the best rental communities in Erie
