The service is most excellent! Hydraulic brakes were recommended for my bike as the mechanical ones were taking a lot of adjusting the more I rode. They ordered and installed the brakes and I am safer and well pleased. I highly recommend the service department. And of course their new bike selections cover a broad spectrum of needs.

Trek has a solid product line. The mechanic at my location is great. Service has always been good there. Online orders can be shipped to the shop for assembly and/or pickup.
