She has excellent experience and very good attitude to support clients. She is all the time kind and gave us detailed explanation and best recommendation. She showed a lot of houses even before market open house. She is the best realtor.

We had a wonderful experience working with our realtor, Soyoung Jung. Since we were buying the house remotely, she went above and beyond by setting up remote meetings and showing us the property in detail via video. What we appreciated most was her honesty—she shared her candid opinions about the house rather than just trying to make a sale. Thanks to her genuine guidance, we felt confident enough to make the purchase, and we are so happy with how everything turned out. Highly recommended!

Real estate matters are explained clearly and professionally to customers, and she is not only kind and approachable but also handle everything responsibly through to the very end. Truly one of the best real estate agents.
