I had my Botox done by Nicole, NP, and she was amazing. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every step, which made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I’m so happy with my results!!!!my skin looks smooth, lifted, and refreshed. I’ll definitely be returning to see her again. If you’re considering toxin treatments, I highly recommend Nicole at Serotonin Centers!

This was the first time I came to Serotonin. It was recommended by Veronyka and she said Bianca was amazing. My experience was incredibly positive and I love my results. Bianca educated me about lip filler and I decided to try it for the first time along with my usual Dysport. My face is smooth and my lips turned out perfect!

I cannot recommend this provider based on my experience.
I went approximately three months without receiving a refill and had to repeatedly follow up before the issue was addressed. When the shipment finally arrived, it included a 5 mL vial but only 20 insulin syringes, which was not enough for the duration of the medication supplied.
After contacting support and requesting additional syringes, I received a second shipment containing only five 3 mL syringes. These are much larger than insulin syringes and make accurate measurement of a small daily dose unnecessarily difficult. The replacement did not solve the problem.
Reliable medication delivery and appropriate supplies are basic expectations for a TRT provider. Unfortunately, the refill delays, inadequate syringe quantities, and poor resolution of the issue left me with little confidence in the service.
Based on this experience, I have canceled my membership.

Very clean facility. Lauri and Peter were very kind and explained everything very well. Never felt like I was in the middle of a sales pitch. Loved the red light therapy. Went in with a very sore upper back from lifting too many reps with a heavier weight. Relaxed on their light t therapy bed and am amazed that the pain has diminished significantly. Reasonable enough to do it again and again
