I have been coming to the Tribeca S&B location for nearly 2 years (started in February 2025), and I was initially very nervous since I had never had sugaring done (and only had less than a handful of previous experiences with Brazilian waxes), BUT I had the best experience (as great as anything that includes ripping off hair from the labia lol). Since then, I have continuously been sugared by Jahaira, who is amazing in every sense of the word!! I actually look forward to my sugaring appointments now because of her.
On the few occasions, when she hasn't been available, I have also received great care and service from the other staff. I'm also very sensitive to pain, and everyone has always been very understanding, and have provided breathing cues when needed.
Truly love this location and would come to it even if it weren't conveniently located near my job!
