Phil is amazing, you want someone that will listen, you pick him, you want someone that will go the extra mile for you, you pick him! We have been working with him for about a year now and he did so much for us. We are very grateful for so much effort he put in for us to get a house. He made all the calls for us, he got all the documents together for us, he researched all the questions for us, he got all the contractors together for us. You want someone that will stay up late and get the job done you pick Phil!

Phil was very accommodative and always excited to help show houses to us. Very personable, hardworking, and willing to help in any way that he can. We closed on a house in less than a month and can't wait to keep in contact. I would recommend him any friends or family!

Phil is the best! So pleased that I stumbled into an open house he was hosting. He really made the sale of my house smooth and easy. The whole process was kind of stressful but Phil walked me through every step and answered every question I had. Highly recommend!

Phillip was the best realtor ever he understood by concerns. He was very attentive he checked in constantly, and most importantly he got my house sold in a fair amount of time. My situation was difficult because I was in the middle of a divorce and he made it very smooth. I would absolutely recommend Philip in the future and plan on using him when I decide to buy a house next year.
