I made my reservation reservations online, upon entering I was warmly greeted and told that I was second in line. Within five minutes, I was in the chair. And getting my haircut. Following that Reed received a shampoo, then a blow dry. Everyone was friendly, professional, and personable. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.
