I am extremely disappointed with the care my daughter received at Lightbridge. As a parent, I trusted the staff to provide attentive and responsive care throughout the day, and unfortunately, that was not our experience. There were multiple occasions when my daughter would cry and her needs did not appear to be acknowledged or addressed in a timely manner. She was also frequently left on the carpet for extended periods of time without the level of interaction, attention, and engagement I expected for her. What is most disappointing is that I brought my concerns to management several times while my daughter was enrolled. Despite repeatedly communicating what I was seeing and expressing my concerns, the situation was never adequately resolved. I ultimately contacted corporate because I felt my concerns deserved further attention. Instead of having the opportunity to speak with someone who could independently address my concerns, I received a call back from the same director I had already spoken with multiple times. I understand that caring for infants is demanding, but parents should be able to feel confident that their child is being comforted, supervised, engaged with, and cared for throughout the day. Unfortunately, I did not feel that way while she was at Lightbridge. I am sharing this review because I hope the owners/management takes these concerns seriously and uses them as an opportunity to improve the quality of care and communication for other families.

Staff is very inconsistent. Wish there were permanent teachers for each and every class. Kids didn't learn much and I see very bad behavior with most of the kids in class.

-Consider adding a few more varied activities on calendar to further enhance teacher, student, and family engagement -When possible, carrying out the events and activities listed on the school calendar.(i.e there was no cupcake decorating for Dr Suess’s birthday as promised. Also, lack of participation for themed days) -Continued support for teachers by providing the tools and materials they need can help them successfully plan and implement enriching activities. -Encouraging staff to limit personal cell phone use while supervising children can help ensure full attention remains on the children’s safety, care, and interaction

We are very happy with Lightbridge Academy. The entire team truly goes above and beyond to ensure the children are safe, happy, and continuously learning. We’ve seen such positive growth in our child’s development, both socially and academically. The staff is caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping each child build important skills in a nurturing environment. We’re so grateful for the wonderful care and dedication they provide every day!

While the Director, Tammy, was a wonderful person we were disappointed that or son was put in a class with children almost a year older than him. We made several complaints about the teacher and then I’ve asked about getting our deposit back and haven’t gotten a response. Our son was moved to the proper age classroom and had a great experience but we had to take him out of the school because he was going to have to go back to the classroom with the same teacher that we were not comfortable with our son being with.

Not enough help was offered to the toddler class. I didn't feel responsible people where hired in thier right place.. poor teacher was by herself worth about 11 toddlers including my child about 7 were crying and ofcourse she would never be able to handle .. inhumane did the caregiver and the kids.. the head of the place is not humble enough to be present and lend a hand in need instead she was eating in her office. Not a team player place.. my baby was crying feeling unsafe most of the time as I saw when I walked in for pick up

I’m very happy with the care my daughter receives at this daycare. The staff is warm, attentive, and truly cares about the children. The environment is safe, clean, and welcoming, and I’ve seen how much my daughter enjoys her time there. She has learned and grown so much since starting, and I feel confident knowing she’s in good hands. I would definitely recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a nurturing and reliable place for their child.
