Maria and Victoria are very pleasant, down to earth and amazing stylists. A 35$ men's haircut is pretty steep. And the app sucks, routinely erroneously reporting wait times and very inconvenient.

Well I went to go get my haircut and since I always go to Sports Clips I decided to check it out again. So I went on my internet to sign up and I found it easy to sign up on their new sign up menu from the perfect time for me to go which I went around 3:00 to 3:30 cuz I do a lot of things on that day also I had to do laundry and other errands and I was only time that I found that I had open for haircut when I got there. I was greeted by all the ladies and was asked if I had signed up through the internet and I told him yes and I went to sign in and found it very easy to sign in write it there for a couple of minutes until it was my turn to get my haircut. Rebecca it's a lady who cut my hair. She is very kind very warm welcoming very respectful she asked me to go to a specific chair I went there she asked if I still wanted the same haircut that I always go to get every time and you are all very friendly and kind very welcoming and I won't change it at all. Take you to Rebecca and all the ladies there at sports clips

Maria is fantastic. She takes her time and makes sure my haircut is to my satisfaction. My only complaint is that the times in the app keeps changing back and forth and there is no correct time to show up for your haircut. One minute it shows 45 minutes and a minute later it shows 15 minutes.

I would not say that I was disappointed in the service however for what you were getting, I believe Sport Clips is becoming a little bit too costly
