We recently purchased a truck camper from Traveland RV in Achison. Owen was our salesman and went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs and concerns regarding our purchase. We were very impressed with his professionalism and integrity. Eleonora was our finance administrator and was very thorough with explaining all our warranty options helping us decide on the best coverage. All in all the experience was great and we left feeling very satisfied with our experience.

I like the all in pricing. I like the variety of products. Most of all I like the staff. Owen was a wonderful salesperson. Eleanora was very efficient and knowledgeable. Pick up was easy and everyone was helpful. I am a senior female that has absolutely no experience with RV’s so I appreciated that they were all more interested in ensuring had had the right RV and did not just concentrate on making a sale. Very refreshing experience. Thanks to you all!!!

The travel trailer is great but for us, it’s all about customer service. This was our 4th new travel trailer so we had a lot of other dealers to compare them to and it was definitely the best one yet. Even after the deal was done I still felt like they listened to my concerns and needs. I felt valued and respected so we will be back for sure.
