We like that there’s a new theme each week which engages the children’s imaginations. Similar skills are repeated in different ways and extended according to the child. Coaches understand that children will behave differently from week to week and support them with encouragement and humour. Children become more confident in their football skills as they move through the groups and gradually become independent in the sessions, listening to their coaches instructions with less parental input.
We’ve really enjoyed our experience with Little Kickers. The sessions are fun, well organised and engaging, and it’s been lovely seeing my child grow in confidence while learning new skills. The coaches are friendly, patient and make the activities enjoyable for all the children.
The only thing I’d love to see improved is a few more keepsakes for the children to take away. They occasionally receive certificates, which are lovely, but I think things like a medal at the end of a term, or another small reward to recognise their progress, would make it feel even more special and give them something to look back on and be proud of.
Louie is learning and developing with every week. He has demonstrated what he has learnt at little kickers back home in his every day life. Which is amazing to see! The coaches are brilliant and encourage the little kickers to learn and develop and grow in confidence
Little kickers has had such a positive experience on my sons start to his learning. Coach Logan provides a perfect mix of ensuring the children have fun while learning while ensuring all children listen and behave while training. Coach Logan is a real asset to your coaching staff and my son always looks forward to a Saturday morning.
Great coaches! They give lots of support and provide lots of well structured activities for the little ones. They are always upbeat and keep every session fun!
The coaches are really lovely. They're very good at encouraging the children to get involved and I was always impressed with how they could remember the names of each child.
My little boy has so much fun at little kickers and even if he is having a toddler moment (I.e meltdown) never made to feel bad, just a very welcoming, understanding environment for parents and children. It’s a great activity to get them running about and also great to teach them new things, and put in the foundations of things such as teamwork, sharing etc.
