I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Tracy! From beginning to end, she made sure I felt comfortable, relaxed, and well taken care of throughout my entire massage. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care truly made the experience stand out.
One of the things I appreciated most was how intentional she was about checking in with me to ensure the pressure was just right. Juan immediately found the tight spot that was bothering me in my shoulders without me even saying it, and then he gave extra attention to help release it and it felt great after. He also gave me some tips to improve my shoulder mobility and stop putting strain on the muscle. He was really professional and I would definitely come back again next time I’m in Chicago

I had a facial with Aiste and it was the best facial I’ve ever had, already rebooked for next month. The facial was relaxing and she really massaged the face.
One thing that has been frustrating - I can never find 2x or 3x robes. They are no longer on the shelf and the staff has struggled to find them the last 3 times I’ve visited. Also the check out process takes awhile
