We brought in an entry level box store bike that I just couldn’t fix. They put it on the stand, without judgement, and quickly diagnosed the problem. It needed a new part that they didn’t have on hand at the moment. We had to leave it with them for a few days. In less than a week, they notified me that it was fixed!! I went to pick up the bike and it was awesome again. Thank you guys for helping me out!!

I purchased a new Trek Verve bike and a tray style bike rack. I'm very happy with both. I'm excited to be able to transport my bike easily. The staff were very helpful on finding me the bike and rack that worked for me and answered all of my questions. They came out to the parking lot and showed me exactly how to install and mount the bike.

Man had my bike assembled and ready to ride when I arrived. Also needed a bike mirror and bike shorts. He had them both. He knew how to treat his customers - with help and courtesy.
