Your expertise, patience, above and beyond help got me where I needed to be. I had a major breakdown on Labor Day, you were open and although you did not have the essential part ( back hub freewheel), you found a shop that had the part and sent me there. Plus you guys are all so NICE. THANKS A MILLION. I’m back on my bike, getting ready to ride the GAP/C&O trail tomorrow.

Fabulous customer service. Couldn't ask for better. Excellent diagnosis and repair skills. They are honest to a fault about products, and the cost and time for repairs. Once they know you they'll do some simple stuff for free. Though I do often tip them for their help.

I brought my bike in for a thorough tune-up and servicing --just picked it up and seems to be even better than when I purchased it several years ago -- the servicing was also done promptly and exactly at the cost that had been quoted. [FIRST NAME REMOVED]
