A perfect experience! Between the infrared sauna and the cold plunge, we left feeling great. If only we could adjust the plunge to be even colder but that may not be feasible as it would take a while to adjust. If there could be rooms with 40 degree or colder plunges it would be awesome. Someday I hope for a red light therapy option here too.

Incredible studio, very well kept and clean. I loved the easy to use infrared sauna with the TV, the cold plunge was amazing and the vitamin C shower added to the experience. My favorite part was the private suite, in that it wasn’t with a huge group, and was clothing optional.

Took my wife here for our anniversary and it was so fun to hang out in the sauna and watch our show. The cold plunge was a nice reset between the sauna. High recommend giving it a try.
