I've been suffering with joint pain for at least 6 months and I needed some serious relief fast. After my first visit here I noticed a big difference right away. The heat from the Sauna is perfect and relaxing and after a comforting shower a ten to fifteen minute dip in the ice bath is what helps my inflammation. It is COLD so be prepared! The facility is very clean and inviting and all the staff here are Nice, polite and knowledgeable! I've enjoyed three visits so far and hope for many more!

The overall health for your body. What I will say is that I was never never had been there and I wish they would’ve walked me in and showed me how to use. Some of the buttons are what they mean and stuff like that.

Great vibe, hot sauna and 46 degree cold plunge. The plunge is not for me, although I do try it. the showers are nice and the suites are private and very clean.
