The easiness of it.

Your staff member Ekta (not sure I’m spelling her name correctly) was exceptional. She was warm, accommodating, and extremely welcoming. I believe she was the only one working and she was multitasking, answering questions and made sure everyone was taken care of. She was an excellent representation of your brand and services. When I told her that I was out of town, she informed me that there were locations near my hometown in Washington, DC. I was visiting Atlanta and she even made recommendations for places I should visit while in town. I really enjoyed the experience. I’ve never used a sauna or done a cold plunge. I really enjoyed it and would like to do it again. Thank you again for the amazing service.
