Loved the sauna and the cold plunge. Loved the privacy and quiet setting. The ability to change music and lighting was a great way to set the mood. Only complaint was that the cabinet shelves and bench were dusty and not wiped clean. Also some type of floor mat would have been nice to avoid slipping

I’ve been going to Sweathouz Frisco for several months now, and it has become my favorite location—not just because it’s close to home, but because the staff here is truly exceptional. I’ve visited other Sweathouz locations, but the Frisco team consistently stands out. They always greet me by name when I walk in, and they go above and beyond every single visit. My suite is always prepared with all my preferences, including an extra towel without me even needing to ask. The level of consistency and attention to detail is amazing. Scheduling is also extremely easy. I usually book through text message, but the app works great too. The staff is very accommodating, and they’ve squeezed me into fully booked days more than once—including this past Saturday, when I called last minute with no appointment and they still made it happen. I really appreciated that. The sauna and cold plunge suites are always spotless, well-maintained, and ready to go. Every experience has been smooth and relaxing. Huge appreciation to the entire Frisco team — I don’t want to single out names because everyone there has been fantastic. Highly recommend this location!
